Dubai property sales in October: AED 34 billion across 11,610 deals

Dubai's real estate transactions reached about AED 624.8 billion between January and the end of October 2026, across 181,866 transactions, according to an Emirates 24|7 survey of Dubai Land Department data published on 31 October. Sales accounted for roughly AED 411.98 billion of that. The ten-month value is equal to about 68% of the AED 919 billion recorded across all of 2025.

October alone saw sales worth AED 34.12 billion through 11,610 transactions. Of those, 9,185 were residential units, 985 were buildings and 1,435 were plots of land. Counting every type of registration, October's transactions came to more than AED 52.27 billion across about 17,150 deals, so sales were the larger share but not the whole picture.

Arabian Business, also using Land Department figures, reported AED 12.26 billion of transactions for the week of 26 to 30 October. That included 2,579 sales worth AED 7.44 billion and mortgage deals of AED 3.51 billion. The most expensive sale that week was an AED 55 million apartment in Balqis Residence – Beach Villas on Palm Jumeirah.

For context, the Land Department reported AED 252 billion of transactions in the first quarter of 2026, up 31% on the same period of 2025. To match last year's AED 919 billion, the last two months of 2026 would need about AED 294 billion, which is simple arithmetic from the figures above and far higher than October's AED 52.27 billion.
