Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Build More Properties collects through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Build More Properties, a real estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department (ORN 42029), 2001 Lake Central Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@buildmore.ae.
2. What we collect
When you send a form we collect what you enter: your name, email address, mobile number, company and the details of your enquiry (for example a property, budget or plot). Landowners using the Secure JV Portal may also upload documents. We also record the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and the time of your submission.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and calls, prepare proposals, send the report you requested, and keep a record of our dealings with you. We contact you only about the enquiry you made and, where you ask for reports, about future reports. You can opt out at any time.
4. Services we use
Enquiries are stored in our CRM (HighLevel). The website is hosted by Vercel. Documents uploaded to the Secure JV Portal are stored encrypted in a private Amazon Web Services storage bucket in the UAE region and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, Upstash to limit repeated submissions, and Resend to deliver internal notification emails. These providers process data on our instructions.
5. Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps campaign tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to your enquiry. The Secure JV Portal sets one strictly necessary cookie that keeps your submission open in this browser for up to 7 days.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, with a developer, seller or landlord when you ask us to act on a property, and where the law requires it. Plot data submitted through the JV Portal is not shared with any developer until you approve.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and documents on an ongoing basis so that we can serve you across future enquiries and transactions and meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers, including our CRM, may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data, as required by UAE data protection law.
9. Security
Forms are sent over encrypted connections and checked on our servers. Documents uploaded to the Secure JV Portal are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the named land team, and every access is logged.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@buildmore.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
