Joint-venture structuring
Turn Your Land into a Project — Without Selling It
We value your plot, model each joint-venture structure side by side, shortlist the right developers and negotiate the terms — so you keep a stake in what gets built.
Is a JV right for you?
When a Joint Venture Makes Sense
A JV usually fits when
- You want to share in the development upside, not just the land value
- You can wait for the project's timeline rather than needing cash now
- Your plot's permitted GFA supports a viable project on its own
A sale may be better when
- You need liquidity in the near term
- You prefer no exposure to construction or sales risk
- The plot needs re-zoning or consolidation before a project works

Questions
Joint Ventures: Common Questions
Do I have to sell my land to work with a developer?
No. A joint venture lets you contribute the land in exchange for completed units, a share of sales revenue or equity in the project company — you keep a stake in what gets built.
Which structure is right for me?
It depends on whether you need cash, how much risk you are comfortable with and how long you can wait. We model each structure for your plot before you decide.
Is my plot information kept confidential?
Yes. Nothing is shared with any developer until you approve, an NDA is available, and documents go through the encrypted Secure JV Submission Portal.
What documents will I need?
Title deed, affection or site plan, your Emirates ID or passport (or trade licence for a company), a power of attorney if someone acts for you, and any approved drawings.
How long does an evaluation take?
Typically [X] weeks from receiving complete documents to a written evaluation.
