Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract; terms are agreed only in signed documents. Listings marked “Example” illustrate the kind of property we offer and are not available for sale.
3. No advice
Content on this website, including market reports, is general information and is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Please take independent advice before committing to a transaction.
4. Your submissions
When you send a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Landowners using the Secure JV Portal confirm they own the plot or are authorised to act for the owner.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no automated scraping of listings, no attempts to bypass security or rate limits, and no submitting false or someone else's details.
6. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, reports and brand belong to Build More Properties or its licensors. You may view and download reports for your own use, but not republish them without permission.
